DIY (Do It Yourself) cabinet and kabaong
It's sometimes really annoying getting DIY cabinets and stuffs like those! Indeed, it's merely an understatement especially if your DIY'ing it yourself with nobody else's helping you.
I just finished making our baby's cabinet from scratch, and one heck of a job it is from decyphering goobledygooky instructions, to finally hammering things to pieces. Ooops, I did made some mistakes myself like, misjudging holes and breaking one screw; (mind, there are no replacement screws and I just wonder if ever do I have to tear it all apart during moving time.)
There is satisfaction however, when you realize that you're DIY'ing something for someone you love and cherish despite the long tedious hours of doing it; especially doing it for your coming baby!
One thought came to my mind, however, when I was still laboring with my baby's cabinet; what if you could do a DIY coffin? Kinda gross isn't it? But there's really something into it, like doing your last favour for your beloved dead, and also doing your share in helping the environment as the materials themselves are recycled wood and metal.
Economically, this is groundbreaking as you could save enough money from DIY coffins than the conventional ones and ecologically, as I've mentioned before, you wouldn't have to cut trees to make yourself a containment box for your departed, but use recycled boards which are sturdy enough to contain a corpse, and decompose into the soil and make good compost for plants.
DIY cabinets and coffins. Good idea, but how could I market it?
